I have seen the Interview with the Vampire movie countless times, and I like the dark seductive nature of it so I want to read the books. Can I read them in any random order, or is there a certain order to read them?

Lewis so special come through loud and clear in this version of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the character of Aslan has been faithfully brought to the screen. The humanity of Aslan, and the depth of his sacrifice, is all the more amazing when you consider that this wondrous lion is a product of computer animation.
Since the Narnia books first made their appearance, many have seen them as a Christian allegory, and there is no doubt that Mr. Lewis intended Aslan as a Jesus figure. In fact, C.S. Lewis long resisted an animated version of the books, feeling that a cartoon approach would be akin to blasphemy.
The Christian nature of the story is certainly on full display, but what makes the movie so special is that the story is a universal one, not restricted to any one religion or worldview. It was this same universality that made the books so beloved, and the folks at Disney have managed to bring this magic to the big screen.
Like the other recent Christian allegory, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe works so well because it first and foremost tells a great story. While the story of courage, redemption and morality is an important one, it is the excitement of the story that carries it forward and makes us care so deeply about the characters.

I need help to get my movie back. ?
So last year my friend borrowed a movie from me and has yet to give it back. I have asked many times for the movie but she says that she can’t find it. The movie is the original version of The Chronicles of Narnia. What can I do to get it back?
I would not have let this go on for a year. Since the friend borrowed your movie and cannot find it, it is HER responsibility to either re-imbursh or replace it. It was in her custody so to speak, so they are liable for it while in there care. What kind of friend does this with someone’s property? Especially there friend? A real friend would put it in a safe place and make sure nothing has happened to the item. And IF something DID happen, then they should up to it and pay or replace it. I hope you get it back. This is something that needs to be taken care of. It’s really messed up that this has continued for over a year.
