In Chronicles of Narnia, is the kids’ father/mother ever mentioned?
Anyone who has read the books – were they ever seen/mentioned? If so, what are their names?
There is, I believe, a passing reference to one or both of them in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe when they sent the children to the country to avoid the bombing in London.
You actually see the parents, briefly, in The Last Battle (at the end). Apparently they died in the same train crash. The children see them moving towards the REAL Earth from Earth, and they are told that the REAL Narnia intersects with the real Earth further in, so they will see their parents again (i.e., there’s one Heaven for both worlds).
As you’ve been told, there is a mention of them taking Susan to America.
