What is the theme in the chronicles of Narnia?
The theme of The Chronicles of Narnia is really good against evil, right versus evil and redemption. While Aslan represents Jesus and there in all the Christian symbolism is not apparent that Christianity is the real issue. CS Lewis did not intend to write novels to preach, but to write a fairy tale / fantasy series that explores the basic truths and has a moral to it (like the best fairy tales) that her goddaughter, and other children could learn to like her, and that he enjoyed reading.
