The rain gives life to the death of earth, this is for people to hear and understand.

Sura 16:65

And Allah sends down rain from the sky and thus the life given to land after his death, surely there is a sign in this for a people who would listen

Sura 29:63

And if you ask them who it is who sends down water from the clouds, then gives life to earth with him after his death, will say: Allah. say: Praise be to Allah more, most of them do not understand

Sura 30:24

And one of His signs is that shows you the lightning for fear and hope, and sends down water from the clouds then gives life therewith to the earth after its death; Verily in this are Signs for those who understand.

Allah is Able to give life to the dead, just as the rain gives life to the dead earth! You may notice that always does the Koran link between scientific facts and religious ideas. You may also notice that the Qur'an reminds us always with the resurrection of the dead, the Hereafter and the Day of Judgment.

These effects were not found in the Bible.
