how come my dream almost killed me?
one of the most memorable dreams i’ve had was back in highschool or middle school. i dreamt that i was in a winterland (kind of like chronicles of narnia’s movie). And there was a snow queen and i was standing infront of her inside her castle. She was saying something to me about i could be great (or something i dont really remember) then she told me to hold my breath – dont let go – and so i did – and i was holding it for a while then something snapped really loud in my dream and i woke up…to find i was STILL holding my breath – i stopped and when i did this weird sensation went through my chest and out my mouth..it was like when youre in water and you finally reach the surface at the last minute for air…i dont know how long i was holding my breath but it seemed like a while for that to happen….what if i never woke up? was this a lucid dream or was my body reacting to save me from myself? lol and anyone else have a similar experience?
I dont know what this means but unless your nose and mouth are coverd up no worrys when you pass out you start to breath agin you have no control over your body ehrn you pass out so evan if the dream happend while you passed out you would still breath Have a nice day
